Freefall Data Systems LLC does its best to provide good customer services to customers residing outside the USA, however, issues with customs and the fact that FDS has no foreign affiliates makes it difficult to provide prompt customer service. For this reason, no guarantees for prompt service can be made to those residing outside the US. FDS provides quick, complementary repair of its altimeters to US customers within the scope of our two-year
Warranty. We will gladly provide non-warranty repairs on our altimeters as well for a fee of $75.

order to initiate a repair. The majority of repairs are carried out within a week.
