FDS provides quick, complimentary repair of its altimeters to its customers within the scope of our two-year Warranty. We will gladly provide non-warranty repairs on our altimeters as well—including discontinued models, subject to parts availability—for a fee of $80, which covers parts, labor, and return shipping within the USA.

Simply call us at (805) 936-0385 from 9am to 5pm ET or send us an e-mail at repairs@freefalldatasystems.com to initiate a repair; you will receive shipping instructions. The customer pays the cost of shipping the unit to FDS. The majority of repairs are carried out within a week of arrival. Repairs for those residing outside the United States will take longer to reach the customer.
