Firmware updates for MetaAlti are as simple as dragging the firmware file below onto a USB drive. Follow the steps shown in the instructional video below:


Firmware Version 1.8 (October 12, 2026)
Handles full jump storage safely: when full, new jumps are simply not logged until old jumps are erased, and jump downloads no longer get stuck on an empty jump file. Also includes the 1.7 factory test and diagnostic tools, the 1.2 ground-zero fixes for elevated landing zones, and the FDS Altis app reports the live firmware version.
